Job Summary
Lead major incident response from start to finish and coordinate change processes to keep systems running smoothly. Drive incident resolution, identify root causes, coordinate cross-team communication, maintain accurate change records, and build dashboards and reports to analyze trends and drive process improvements. Partner with technology teams to understand underlying issues, support long-term solutions, and ensure documentation and communication are clear for stakeholders. Contribute to ongoing improvements that strengthen system stability and team effectiveness. You will thrive in a highly collaborative, customer-service–oriented environment, stay organized under pressure, and be available to support incidents outside normal business hours when needed.
