Job Summary
Cultivate and steward major donors to secure significant financial contributions for the National Ability Center, with a focus on relationships at the $10,000 level and above. Build year-round engagement activities including tours, ski days, and events to maximize revenue and foster donor loyalty. Conduct donor research, manage database entries, and execute strategic fundraising moves to achieve annual revenue targets. Serve as a lead NAC representative at community events and fundraisers while collaborating with the CEO and VP of Development. This role supports an organization that empowers individuals with disabilities through adaptive recreation and outdoor adventures in Park City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated experience securing gifts at the $10,000 level and above
- experience identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors
- experience leading strategies for developing long-term relationships with donors
- experience ensuring high levels of engagement and support with donors
- experience in donor research
- experience in donor appreciation
- experience in database management
- experience achieving revenue targets
- experience in relationship-based fundraising
- experience in strategic moves management
- experience attending community events and fundraisers as a lead representative
- Location: Park City, Utah (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
