Job Summary
Identify, cultivate, and solicit significant financial gifts from high net-worth individuals to secure at least $600,000 annually. Manage a portfolio of 120+ donors, develop individualized cultivation strategies, and execute multi-year investment-focused asks. Analyze giving trends to refine strategies and prepare donor proposals and gift agreements. Collaborate with the Development Team to align donor interests with organizational priorities and provide expertise on account strategies. Maintain compliance with risk management policies, document CRM data within two business days, and ensure timely donor stewardship and impact reporting. Work a standard scheduled week that may include weekends, holidays, and evenings, with flexible hours and as-needed travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or related degree from accredited university
- FL Drivers' License within 30 days/hire

- Five plus years of experience in professional fundraising across multiple channels

- Experience cultivating, establishing and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals
- Demonstrated success in closing donors and achieving financial goals in excess of $500,000
- The ability to work flexible hours
- background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)
