Job Summary
Dynamic Catholic seeks a Major Gift Officer to engage in hands-on fundraising, build relationships with donors, and guide them through their giving journeys. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of results, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passionate commitment to the Mission of rejuvenating Catholicism in America. Responsibilities include achieving fundraising goals, maintaining donor relationships, and embodying the organization’s values. A willingness to adapt and learn, alongside the ability to travel frequently, is essential for success in this role.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing new business, including inside sales
- A track record of raising five and six figure gifts while maintaining donor relationship across a large portfolio
- Success in a variety of fundraising, sales, or business development environments that prepares you for success in fundraising
- Intellectual curiosity to innovate and experiment with creative solutions
