Job Summary
Engage with customers to assess appliance needs and provide customized solutions while demonstrating product features to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a clean showroom, process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system, and stay informed on industry trends and promotions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives, follow up with buyers to encourage repeat business, and assist with inventory management and restocking. This role requires availability five days per week, including weekends and holidays, with base salary plus bonuses and commission. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in major appliances or home goods.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
