Job Summary
Major Appliance Sales Consultant responsible for guiding customers in selecting major appliances, building trust through product knowledge and excellent service, and closing sales to earn commissions on appliances and protection plans. Maintains a clean showroom, handles follow-ups for satisfaction and repeat business, and provides physical showroom support by moving/staging appliances and assisting with deliveries as needed (not a delivery-driver role). Schedule includes Tue–Fri and Sat hours with one Saturday off per month. Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions with potential total weekly earnings up to $1,300+, plus benefits such as health insurance and PTO. Requires strong sales instincts, in-person communication, physical ability to move large appliances, reliability, and a valid driver’s license.
