Major Accounts Coordinator

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of strategic customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience while proactively monitoring and managing accounts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer retention and business growth initiatives. This role involves Monday to Friday day shift hours at Midland Transport's Head Office in Dieppe, NB.
