Major Account Manager - Telco

Major Account Manager will develop executive-level relationships with customer contacts, lead the onboarding of new clients, and drive growth within existing accounts for Fortinet solutions in the telco sector. You will write business and account plans for current and new tender opportunities, act as the key interface between the customer and Fortinet divisions, and work with a local Sales Engineer to build a strong business justification to the end-user while meeting or exceeding annual quota. Responsibilities include developing executive-level relationships, selling through a consultative approach, expanding and retaining accounts, managing the primary sales point-of-contact role, driving quarterly business reviews, keeping the customer informed on product roadmaps, and coordinating with System Engineers, Channel, and Specialist sales teams to maximize sales velocity. You will identify and qualify opportunities, build and qualify pipeline, ensure account penetration, and deliver value through outstanding customer service while adhering to internal processes and providing accurate forecasts.
