Job Summary
Austin-based Major Account Manager leading expansion within Thales Software Monetization for B2B enterprise customers. Own renewal cycles, drive cross-sell/upsell, develop and execute Key Account Plans, and lead Customer Business Reviews to align solutions with customer outcomes. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth. Responsibilities include expansion strategy, account growth and penetration, renewal management, regular business reviews with executives, and building long-term strategic plans. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years in enterprise software/SaaS account management, with a proven track record of revenue growth in existing accounts; travel 1-2x per month domestically and once per year internationally. Comfortable with SaaS licensing models, data insights, AI concepts, and executive-level relationship building. This role is full-time, senior-level, based in Austin, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B account management, renewals, or customer expansion roles
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build and deepen C-level relationships
- Conversational knowledge of SaaS, licensing models, data insights, AI, or software monetization concepts
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or for assuming sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future
- Travel: 1-2 times per month domestically; and once per year internationally
