Job Summary
Major Account Manager for Regional Service Providers in the Mountain region (AZ, CO, UT, ID) responsible for driving revenue through consultative selling of Arista’s networking portfolio (routing, switching, security, cloud) to large service providers and new logo accounts. Develop and execute account plans, meet with executives and influencers, design and position solutions with systems engineers, manage channel relationships, and lead demand-generation activities (happy hours, lunch-and-learns, tech forums) while staying current on partner solutions, competitors, and market trends. Must leverage a hunter mentality to deliver business value across data centers, campus networks (wired and wireless), and 800G Etherlink AI platforms. Alternate locations include Salt Lake City, UT and Phoenix, AZ, with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of technology sales experience
- Experience selling into large (Lumen, Charter) and regional Service Providers
- Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory
- Relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) background
- Strong relationships within the territory
- Selling experience and technical acumen in Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper converged infrastructure or Cloud computing
