Job Summary

Major Account Manager for FSI in India leads multimillion-dollar, multi-year pursuits with strategic financial services accounts in West India. Builds and nurtures relationships with key executives, leverages consultative selling to identify business challenges and craft solutions, and aligns customer goals with Palo Alto Networks’ value proposition. Develops detailed territory plans, creates compelling value stories from customer outcomes, stays current on industry trends, and drives revenue through high-level strategic collaborations. Requires travel within the territory and to company-wide meetings; responsible for indirect leadership across shared services to optimize revenues and profitability; accountable for customer satisfaction and Total Customer Experience with channel partnerships to extend reach. Strong emphasis on executive engagement, complex solution selling, and a long-term growth mindset. Qualifications include extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, proven multi-year deal leadership, and deep understanding of SaaS architectures, ideally in networking/security.

Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years quota sales experience
  • proven track record of leading multi-year, multi-million dollar initiatives
  • direct selling, consulting, and service delivery in technology industry
