Job Summary
Generate leads and acquire new mid-market business accounts (300–999 employees) through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base. Develop and implement market strategies to penetrate new territories and strengthen existing relationships using sales tools and funnel management. Enhance product knowledge through continuous training while measuring results, communicating progress, and maintaining strategic partnerships with executive-level decision makers. Focus on greenfield accounts and delivering tailored solutions to increase market presence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
- Interact with C-Suite Executives and drive sales presentations
- Experience with prospecting greenfield accounts, forecasting, and travel
- Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel Required

- Prior SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise sales experience
- 2-4 years Experience solutions/applications selling
- 2-4 years Telecommunications / technical sales
