Job Summary
Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations to drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences. Process transactions accurately using the POS system while handling cash and card payments. Support visual merchandising by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and maintaining an attractive store appearance. Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving stock, labeling, and conducting regular counts. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and resolve customer inquiries professionally. Maintain compliance with store policies, health and safety standards, and company procedures. This role requires fluency in Dutch, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods
- Fluency in English
- Dutch mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with fashion retail or luxury brand environments is a plus
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles is desirable
