Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations to drive sales and maintain a welcoming store environment. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card payments responsibly, and restock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting. Develop comprehensive product knowledge about fashion collections, support inventory management activities including receiving stock and conducting counts, and collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Resolve customer inquiries professionally and empathetically while following company policies and maintaining professional behavior standards. This role requires proven retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Dutch language capability is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Cash handling experience and accuracy with financial transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by store operations
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Speaking dutch is mendatory
