Job Summary
Manage execution of architectural and energy rehabilitation projects by coordinating design teams, conducting site meetings, and controlling work quality. Develop MS Project schedules, track budget progress with contractors, and handle OPRs, reserve checks, and final handovers. Resolve incidents and disputes under the Guarantee of Perfect Completion while ensuring client satisfaction regarding costs, timelines, and safety. Travel regularly across Centre and Tour regions with a service vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure avec une spécialité « bâtiment » et/ou énergie (architecte, ingénieur, universitaire)
- Expérience minimum de deux ans en conduite de travaux TCE
- Expérience idéalement en maîtrise d'œuvre dans le domaine de la réhabilitation
- Déplacement régulièrement sur les chantiers en Régions centre - Tour
