Job Summary
Maitre D responsible for checking in and managing the seating of all guests, both reservations and walk-ins. Manages reservation book and accepts walk-in guests to help maximize seating for each shift. Interacts with guests and staff in a polite, courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. Responsibilities include maintaining front desk area, processing reservations, answering guest questions, ensuring menus and materials are prepared, coordinating opening/closing side-work, and supporting the dining room team. Requires experience in hospitality, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- Previous Maitre d’ and/or Company Wing experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs
- Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion
