Job Summary
Conduct in-studio recording sessions for scripted content ranging from everyday conversation to customer-support scenarios involving numbers, codes, and dates. Deliver takes across specified emotional tones including cheerful, low, flat, and excited while taking live direction on pacing, pronunciation, and mic technique. Maintain consistent vocal quality and studio discipline throughout a 2+ hour engagement with the ability to sustain focus for repeated retakes. Native or near-native Mithili fluency with clear, broadly neutral pronunciation is required, along with a demo reel demonstrating range and control. This paid freelance engagement involves a single session in Bengaluru with a fixed one-time payment of up to ₹8,000 processed approximately 30 days after approval. Candidates must be comfortable signing a confidentiality agreement due to proprietary AI training data involved.
Required Qualifications
- Mithili
- 1–2+ years of professional experience in voice-over, dubbing, radio jockeying, audiobook narration, or comparable voice work
- A demo reel, voice sample, or portfolio that demonstrates range, clarity, and control
- Native or near-native Mithili fluency with clear, broadly neutral pronunciation
- Proven ability to sustain vocal quality and focus across a 2+ hour recording session
- Comfortable taking direction and shifting delivery across multiple emotional registers on cue
- Prior studio/professional recording experience — comfortable with mic distance, positioning, and repeated retakes without fatigue affecting quality
- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to a scheduled in-studio slot in Bengaluru
- Willing to sign a confidentiality/NDA agreement, as this project involves proprietary AI training data

- Comfort with multiple dialects or accent ranges within Mithili
