Job Summary
Operate scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum equipment to maintain clean, organized store environments through floor care, dust mopping, and spot cleaning. Sweep, damp mop, and dust sales floors, single queues, backrooms, and restrooms while adhering to merchandising, loss prevention, and safety standards. Cross-train across multiple store areas including front end and backroom to support business needs and respond to coverage changes. Refill essential items in lounges and restrooms, initiate store recovery as needed, and uphold operational policies and labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
