Job Summary
Conduct customer and vehicle service by personally road testing automobiles before and after repairs, performing inspections following BSRO procedures, and explaining mechanical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals. Execute tasks across brakes, electrical systems, engine performance, and drivetrains while maintaining ASE and BSRO certifications. Keep store management aware of recurring mechanical repair problems and manage store operations by installing tires, shock absorbers, and batteries, or loading and unloading trucks with items up to 100 lbs. Drive company vehicles to drop off and pick up parts and personnel. Continuously learn new technical information through formal training sessions to stay proficient in automotive diagnosis and repair.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains A.S.E. certification(s).
- BSRO certifications completed and current.
- Follows all BSRO applicable BSRO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs
- Must be able to drive Boss or company vehicles
