Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant needed at Cygnet Kenney House in Oldham, UK. Full-time 42 hours per week. Provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service across multiple sites, including basic joinery, plumbing, painting and general building work; maintain equipment, services and vehicles; comply with safe working practices; travel to other sites and be on call for emergency repairs outside normal hours; weekly fire alarm checks. Requirements include experience in a similar role, a full driving licence, strong communication skills, DIY and general maintenance skills; preferred experience in electrical/plumbing/construction; enhanced DBS check required.
