Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, motors, cooling towers, and water source heat pumps with a focus on refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection. Execute electrical diagnostics and repairs while working unassisted and lifting up to 50 lbs. Complete mandatory background checks and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status. Applicants will undergo testing prior to interviews. This full-time position operates from 7:30am to 3:00pm, subject to adjustment by the Facilities Director, and requires a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- strong electrical background
- electrical certification
- 5 years of experience in HVAC repair
- knowledge with refrigerant charging, recovery and leak detection
- knowledge with boilers
- knowledge with motors
- knowledge with cooling towers
- knowledge with water source heat pumps
- ability to work unassisted
- ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
- valid DL
- proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
