Job Summary

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure the facility operates efficiently and address service requests and work orders. Repair drywall, painting, doors, locks, and building fixtures while assessing and fixing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues. Operate tools and equipment safely, identify building deficiencies for supervisor review, and assist with unit inspections. Work a flexible schedule from 10am to 6pm, Thursday through Monday, lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
