Job Summary
Assist trades specialists with mowing, snow removal, minor electrical repairs, and drywall work across campus buildings, recreational facilities, and vehicles. Operate maintenance equipment as assigned, perform safety inspections on emergency devices, and manage trash removal and pool maintenance. Conduct repairs on light fixtures, windows, doors, and furniture relocation while ensuring timely project delivery. Requires high school diploma, six months of related experience, and ability to work full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of directly related experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully passing a background screening report
