Job Summary
Maintenance Worker to support the Facility Supervisor and Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include handling tools, setting up workstations, cleaning work areas, lubricating machines, replacing air filters, changing light bulbs, performing minor repairs (locks, plumbing, electrical), basic building and grounds upkeep, safety documentation, and maintaining equipment records. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain OSHA 10, forklift, and overhead lift certifications within 90 days; physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate in a facility environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Overhead lift Operator Certification (or ability to be certified within 90 days)
- Forklift Operators Certification (or ability to be certified within 90 days)
- 1 year related experience (or equivalent)
