Job Summary
Performs maintenance, preventative, and repair services. Responsibilities include completing work orders for maintenance and handyman repairs, general building maintenance (painting, drywall, minor electrical/plumbing), HVAC maintenance, assembling program equipment, developing minor construction/remodeling plans, obtaining bids for materials, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have extensive, hands-on paid job experience in the general maintenance field to include plumbing, carpentry, electrical machinery, and HVAC maintenance.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years related experience with proven work and attendance record.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License, acceptable Annual BMV Check.
