Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by performing floor care, bathroom cleaning, trash management, and window wiping. Execute minor repairs, manage exterior snow and ice removal, and uphold landscaping standards. Assist staff with special events setup, order supplies and maintain inventory, and help move furniture and resident belongings. Support apartment turnover through plastering, sanding, and painting. Comply with all employee policies and protocols, wear the required uniform, and attend necessary meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or Program setting.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
- Beneficial for candidate to have experience working within a Supportive Housing setting.
