Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas within the facility, including floor care, bathroom sanitation, trash management, window wiping, and stairway cleaning. Carry out minor repairs, manage exterior snow and ice removal, maintain landscaping, and oversee sidewalk upkeep. Assist staff with special events by setting up chairs and tables while ensuring areas remain clean and safe. Maintain building maintenance tools and machinery, order cleaning and paper supplies, manage biweekly inventory, and assist in moving and storing program supplies and furniture. Valid driver's license required; experience in supportive housing beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or Program setting
- Valid Drivers License
- Good interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
- Experience working within a Supportive Housing setting
