MAINTENANCE WORKER

Maintain physical building and property grounds by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, stripping and sealing surfaces, and steam cleaning carpets. Disinfect bathrooms and fixtures daily, dust equipment, and clean furniture while gathering trash and filling dispensers. Wash windows twice yearly, remove snow from outdoor areas, and set up decorations for school functions. Requisition supplies, report damage to the Director of Childcare, and remain on duty during scheduled events outside regular hours. Serve as a role model promoting positive behavior and integrity. Attend required training sessions and meetings. Must be able to read and write English.
