Job Summary
The Maintenance Worker performs general building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, conducting minor plumbing repairs, and maintaining the vehicle fleet. This role requires a high school diploma, a valid state driver's license, and a clean driving record. The successful candidate must pass specific background checks and health screenings. Full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance and other benefits including Paid Time Off.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record for the past (3) years
- Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a physical and TB test
- Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
