Job Summary
Maintenance Worker at Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center responsible for day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces. Duties include completing work orders, general building maintenance, and assisting with lighting, basic electrical, and HVAC-related repairs. HVAC/electrical/lighting experience preferred. Must be at least 21, pass background checks and abuse registry checks, and have an active driver’s license. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. On-site in Harrisburg, AR, with pay of $20.00/hour based on experience and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO. 1,000-dollar bonus for completion of Essentials Subjects.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting preferred
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Pass criminal background check, drug, physical, TB test
- Pass search of child and adult abuse central registry
- Active Driver’s License and meet requirements to become ROP eligible driver
