Job Summary
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for general building maintenance tasks including minor electrical repairs, drywall repairs, painting, paneling, wallpapering, hanging doors, adjusting locks, fixing broken windows, minor plumbing repairs, and maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights. Additional duties may include grounds maintenance and irrigation repairs. Ideal candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, and successfully pass a variety of background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to pass a physical
- Be able to pass a TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
