Maintenance Worker, Rising Up Men's Shelter

Maintenance Worker responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, and other areas; perform floors care (sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing), repairs and painting to maintain facilities; move furniture and supplies; clean exterior grounds; fulfill courier tasks; maintain client confidentiality and follow safety, privacy, and regulatory policies; identify and report maintenance issues; comply with safety standards and potential First Aid/CPR and overdose-prevention certification requirements; bilingual preferred; TB test required; status is Full-time (35 hours per week).
