Perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the district, while assisting with grounds maintenance. Follow verbal and written instructions to complete routine maintenance and repair procedures using hand and power tools. Work independently to ensure facility readiness.
