Maintenance Worker (Part-Time) (Sierra Vista)

Job Summary
Perform minor repairs, troubleshoot facility issues, and conduct inspections on roofs, air conditioning units, and appliances. Execute general landscaping duties, move furniture and equipment, and assist with vehicle maintenance including inspections and minor repairs. Report escalated concerns and issues to leadership as needed. This part-time role supports CCS programming through environmental services and grounds maintenance. Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds 20% of the time. The position requires a high demand of performance and may involve stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or experience
- One year of experience in providing maintenance services
- Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and reach
- Ability to lift 40 pounds 20% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license
- Proof of insurance
- 39-month motor vehicle report
- Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to obtain and maintain FBI National Criminal Records History Report
- Pass pre-employment drug screen

- Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
