Job Summary
Maintenance Worker (Part Time) performing property maintenance and landscaping, light carpentry, welding/cutting/plumbing/painting and overhead door repair; inspects and maintains the Service Center building, performs general cleaning, troubleshoots and repairs defects, conducts safety inspections and prepares documentation; requires ability to lift ~70 lbs, flexible for night/weekend shifts, and capability to work independently or in a team in a high-volume environment. Must read and interpret work orders and manuals, follow safety rules, and be authorized to work in the United States. Location: Banning, CA (US).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 17+ years old
- Prior janitorial and maintenance experience preferred; welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, overhead door repair and industrial experience helpful
- Stable employment history
- Transportation experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical manuals
- Must be able to meet deadlines in time-constrained environments
- Ability to follow all safety practices
- Ability to interact well with others
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Capable of working under high time pressure with multiple priorities
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
