Maintenance Worker (Part Time)

Job Summary
Perform property maintenance and landscaping, light carpentry, welding, cutting, plumbing, painting and overhead door repair. Inspect and perform maintenance within the Service Center building; general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting); troubleshoot and correct problems; repair or replace defective parts or systems; perform safety inspections and prepare safety documentation. Regular attendance required; night/weekend shifts may be required. Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.; must be able to read and interpret written information and documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions; must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 17+ years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
