Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general building maintenance in residential/outpatient treatment facilities and community programs. Tasks include repairing toilets, installing faucets and fixtures, repairing sheetrock and painting, electrical work, HVAC system maintenance, and upkeep of facility security and safety systems. May serve as point person for emergencies, assist with alarm systems, fire and emergency drills, and maintain Health & Safety logs. Requires ability to work overtime and valid driver's license. Location: Paterson, NJ; schedule 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm); pay $16.00-$18.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma with good interpersonal skills and relevant work experience required.
