Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for hands-on general maintenance, light carpentry and plumbing, and event/housekeeping support at the Jewish Alliance facilities.Role includes completing work orders, setting up furniture for meetings and events, routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, painting), and assisting housekeeping. Requires three years of related experience, valid driver’s license, background check, ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds, and availability for weekends/nights/on-call rotations; must be capable of using a wide range of tools and maintaining detailed maintenance records in Building Engines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a related trade field.
- GED or Highschool diploma
