Maintenance Worker

Perform general, routine maintenance for HD6 facilities, equipment, and grounds, coordinating repairs to ensure limited interruption of patient care and business operations. Execute preventive maintenance, monitoring energy systems, carpentry repairs, belt inspections, fluid checks, filter replacements, bearing greasing, and seal replacements. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists while operating computers to control mechanical equipment and utility systems. Minimize disruption during all maintenance activities and comply with safety policies, procedures, and hazard-free requirements. Serve in the after-hours on-call rotation responding to emergencies within 30 minutes. Perform snow removal and lawn care, maintaining confidentiality regarding patient and business information. Treat all individuals courteously and avoid waste to support the organization's financial impact.
