Job Summary
Clean all areas, dispose of garbage, and perform general interior and exterior maintenance including floor stripping, power washing, and painting. Maintain the facility landscape and perimeter through lawn mowing, shrub trimming, and snow removal. Assemble furniture and equipment, complete work orders timely, and accept and transport deliveries of supplies and program materials. Assist in inventory control and provide backup in emergency situations. Work inside and outside the residential program and office, lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders. Full-time hourly position with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, push, or pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to climb and work from a ladder
- Regularly required to have visual acuity
- Regularly required to talk and hear while communicating with peers and/or vendors
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Good communications skills
