Maintenance Worker/Handyman

Maintenance Worker/Handyman performs a variety of facility maintenance and repair tasks to keep facilities in excellent condition. Responsibilities include routine inspections of facilities and vehicles, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, painting and patching walls, maintaining appliances and equipment, landscaping and exterior maintenance, coordinating vehicle service, and mentoring interns/volunteers. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, adherence to safety standards, and participation in meetings and ongoing training. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of maintenance experience, and a valid NJ driver's license.
