Job Summary
Maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, functional, and well-kept environment across the campus. Identify and address maintenance, safety, and repair needs, including plumbing, electrical, and building systems. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls, while supporting preventative maintenance efforts and maintaining accurate records. Assist with seasonal work, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and sanitation responsibilities to keep utilities operating properly. Full-time role with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair work, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license
