Job Summary
Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and snow removal under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance. Perform routine repairs, ensure work areas remain clean and free of hazards, and properly store all tools and supplies. Promptly report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, or defective equipment to leadership. Adhere to safety protocols, infection control procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm with a monthly weekend rotation requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Completion of high school education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Speak and understand English
- Agreeable and positive attitude toward the residents
- Basic Maintenance knowledge
- Pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving motor vehicle record
- Complete assigned tasks unsupervised
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm schedule
- Able to be on weekend rotation once monthly
