Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks on site services at Eastfields. Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration as requested, and perform basic repairs internally and externally. Ensure security features including perimeter fencing, lighting, and CCTV remain maintained. Manage site upkeep in accordance with published policies and required standards. Hold a driving license and possess knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and COSHH. Full-time hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a salary of £13.04 to £14.04 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A driving license
- Awareness/knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation
- Knowledge of COSHH
