Maintenance Worker

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components. Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, pest control, and upkeep on doors, locks, windows, walls, and general projects like painting and landscaping. Monitor fire alarm and safety systems while executing tasks that require lifting, bending, climbing, and safe tool usage.
