Job Summary
Conduct daily physical plant rounds to inspect the facility for repair needs and perform preventive maintenance on lighting, cosmetic issues, and equipment. Execute minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs, including painting, while checking maintenance request logs at least three times daily. Address furniture moves, equipment repairs, and other staff requests to improve resident living quarters. Collaborate with the Maintenance Director to enhance overall system function and complete assigned special projects. Requires high school diploma, two years on-the-job experience, and one year in construction or a professional trade. Located in New Milford, NJ.
