Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for the upkeep of the building and its infrastructure, performing repairs, routine maintenance, cleaning of building, grounds, and equipment, preventative measures to reduce future problems, addressing safety hazards, painting, groundskeeping, and ensuring all Club areas are clean and properly sanitized. Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience; must be able to drive, hold a valid driver’s license, lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work independently with limited supervision; familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies. Reports to Facilities Maintenance Director and carries out duties with interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, youth, or other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year experience in maintenance
- Ability to drive and operate motor vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Working knowledge of cleaning and utilizing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
