Job Summary
Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors; dust and polish woodwork, fixtures, and equipment; clean windows, walls, carpets, and upholstery; and maintain restroom supplies. Empties waste receptacles, picks up trash from grounds, and shovels snow or trims grass using company equipment. Moves, assembles, and arranges furniture or equipment for special meetings or events while transporting materials as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of janitorial experience, a valid driver's license, and Act 31, 34, 114, and 33 clearances. Involves prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
