Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Worker at ACNB Bank responsible for maintaining bank facilities across Gettysburg and surrounding locations; duties include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds upkeep (including seasonal landscaping and snow removal), painting, carpet cleaning, and parking-lot maintenance; support renovations and ATM installations and office moves; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; manage vendor bids, procure supplies, and maintain fixed asset inventories; ensure safety and compliance including inspections of fire extinguishers, alarm systems, and security components; communicate clearly with supervisors and contribute to preventing disruptions to bank operations; requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs, travel between locations, valid driver’s license, and about 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience; education options include high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent; pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly; based in Gettysburg with travel to nearby locations; vehicle and tools provided by the bank; equal opportunity employer.
