Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsibilities include performing repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work; maintaining light/ plumbing fixtures; replacing sheetrock, doors, and ceiling/floor tiles; handling deliveries and moving furniture; assisting with facility inspections and fire drills; maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the facility including trash removal, power washing, and snow removal; PPE use and adherence to safety practices; opportunity to contribute to a community-serving organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years consecutive experience in building maintenance and/or experience in skills mentioned above is required.
- Trade school/training certifications
- High School diploma or GED a plus
- Vaccination preferred but not required
